Врожденный иммунитет растений: взаимодействие сигнальных путей

Аннотация

Врожденный иммунитет растений представляет собой динамичную и многоуровневую систему, которую традиционно разделяют на иммунитет, активируемый молекулярными паттернами патогена (pattern-triggered immunity, PTI), и иммунитет, активируемый эффекторами патогена (effector-triggered immunity, ETI). Однако, несмотря на то что PTI и ETI активируются при участии разных типов рецепторов и в разных компартментах клетки, они в настоящее время рассматриваются как взаимозависимые компоненты единой защитной системы. Такой взгляд предполагает, что благодаря разнообразным положительным взаимодействиям между этими двумя путями врожденный иммунитет растений представляет собой нечто большее, чем сумма PTI и ETI. Имеющиеся данные говорят о том, что PTI и ETI синергически усиливают друг друга, увеличивая концентрацию сигнальных молекул, таких как компоненты киназных каскадов, активные формы кислорода, ионы кальция и фитогормоны, что приводит к активации защитных генов, обеспечивающих локальный ответ на патогены, и развитию системной устойчивости растений.
