Экологическое значение репертуара и экспрессии цитохромов P450 подсемейства 9Е у муравьёв рода Lasius

Аннотация

Экологические возможности вида могут быть сильно расширены или ограничены имеющимися у него вариантами генов. В геноме чёрного садового муравья Lasius niger имеется амплификация генов CYP9E. Мы сравнили экспрессию ряда генов, входящих в CYP9E и потенциально вовлечённых в метаболизм микотоксинов, у L. niger, толерантного к тлям, заражённым патогенными грибами, и у другого вида того же рода, L. fuliginosus, не проявляющего такой толерантности. Для данной группы генов не выявлено статистически значимых различий в уровне экспрессии. При этом и у чёрного садового муравья, и у L. fuliginosus имеется по шесть функциональных копий рассмотренных нами генов, попарно группирующихся на филогенетическом дереве с генами L. niger. На уровне подсемейства в целом мы обнаружили большое количество генов CYP9E в геномах L. niger, L. fuliginosus и Formica rufa. Можно предположить, что амплификация CYP9E – анцестральный признак рода Lasius или более базальной клады.
