Исследование внутригеномного полиморфизма внутренних транскрибируемых спейсеров генов 35S рРНК – верификация гипотезы о гибридогенном происхождении тетраплоидного вида Pulsatilla vulgaris

Аннотация

Pulsatilla vulgaris – редкий и исчезающий вид растений. Методом секвенирования ДНК-штрихкода ITS1‑5.8S рДНК‑ITS2 и локус-специфичного NGS-секвенирования спейсера ITS1 изучен внутривидовой и межвидовой полиморфизм локусов 35S рДНК и исследовано происхождение редкого охраняемого тетраплоидного вида P. vulgaris из уникальной российской популяции. Впервые определено число хромосом в кариотипе растений из этой популяции, 2n = 32. Показано, что одним из родительских видов этого тетраплоида является диплоидный вид Pulsatilla patens (2n = 16), а второй родительский вид остается неизвестным, хотя и близким к диплоидному Pulsatilla pratensis.
