Рамнаны клеточных стенок монодермных бактерий: структурное разнообразие и функциональная значимость

КЛЮЧЕВЫЕ СЛОВА: клеточная стенка грамположительных бактерий, рамнозосодержащие полисахариды, физиологическая роль рамнанов.

Аннотация

В обзоре приведены данные о структурном разнообразии рамнанов клеточных стенок и S‑слоев грамположительных (монодермных) бактерий – представителей филумов Bacillota («Firmicutes») и Actinomycetota («Actinobacteria»). Разнообразие структур рамнанов обусловлено конфигурацией и порядком чередования (1→2)- и (1→3)-гликозидных связей в коре полимера, а также наличием и составом боковых гликозильных и других заместителей. Отмечены особенности структур рамнанов у бактерий ряда групп: присутствие единичных глицерофосфатных звеньев в боковой цепи полимеров у представителей Streptococcus, Lactococcus и Ruminococcus (Mediterraneibacter), наличие рамнанов с L- и D‑изомерами рамнозы у актинобактерий, комплексы рамнанов и тейхоевых кислот или гликозил‑1-фосфатных полимеров (двухкомпонентные гетерополисахариды) у Enterococcus и Lactobacillus. Приведены сведения о структурных особенностях рамнанов, лежащих в основе серологической классификации стрептококков. Обсуждается роль рамнозы и рамнанов в физиологии бактериальной клетки (биогенез клеточной стенки и деление клеток, жизнеспособность, адаптация к неблагоприятным условиям, устойчивость к антибиотикам), рецепции фагов, адгезии, образовании биопленок, а также в системе «бактерия–хозяин» (возникновение воспалительных процессов в тканях, активация иммунной системы и проявление вирулентности).
