Сравнение абсорбционной динамики синглетных возбуждённых состояний хлорофиллов a и d

Аннотация
Методом широкополосной фемтосекундной лазерной спектроскопии «возбуждение-зондирование» измерена абсорбционная динамика хлорофиллов a и d в тетрагидрофуране в диапазоне 400–870 нм. Получены спектры поглощения возбуждённых синглетных состояний S1 хлорофиллов a и d, а также определена динамика сдвига полосы Qy стимулированного излучения этих пигментов (Стоксов сдвиг полосы флуоресценции) во временном диапазоне от 60 фс до 4 пс. Измерена кинетика внутримолекулярной конверсии Qx → Qy (электронный переход S2 → S1); характерное время релаксации составило 54 ± 3 фс для хлорофилла a и 45 ± 9 фс – для хлорофилла d.
