Транспорт ионов Са2+ митохондриями: механизмы, молекулярные структуры и значение для клетки

Аннотация
Митохондрии являются одним из важнейших элементов клетки, участвующих в регуляции внутриклеточного Са2+ гомеостаза. В последнее десятилетие был идентифицирован ряд структур, ответственных за кальциевый транспорт в митохондриях. Среди них митохондриальный Са2+ унипортер (MCU). Nа+/Са2+ обменник (NCLX), Са2+/H+ антипортер (Letm1). В обзоре представлены сведения об их строении, регуляции и физиологической роли. Обсуждаются данные о таком патофизиологическом механизме Са2+ транспорта, как циклоспорин-чувствительная митохондриальная пора. Также обсуждается альтернативный механизм порообразования в митохондриях — липидная пора, индуцированная насыщенными жирными кислотами и ее роль в транспорте Са2+ в органеллах.
